Olive Oil

All our oils are laboratory tested for the acidity and oxidation after each harvest. Based on the outcome we can say with confidence that our oils are Extra Virgin oils. We process the cultivars separately, and store them in their respective stainless steel tanks.  Any blends we make are made from a combination of our own oils. The cultivars are Mission, Leccino, Frantoio, L177, Coratina, some mild and some peppery
